110 gms Plain Flour
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
200 gms Castor Sugar
1/4 tsp Almond Essence
140 gms Plain Chocolate
170 gms Unsalted Butter
115 gms Chopped Walnuts
55 gms Dark Brown sugar
1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa powder

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180° C. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan or use paper cases.

From the MOD Design house in Taiwan, now we have Control, Alt, Delete cups with a circuit board saucer. Totally made from porcelain, it comes in your choice of black or white, just like your computer keyboard.

One cup weigh 85 grams and measures 6cm wide by 8cm high, each cup can hold up to 150 ml of liquid and their interior surfaces contrast with the exteriors, a nice touch.

Saucer that support cup weighs 95 grams, and is 27.5cm by 1cm thick with a surface embossed with a neat circuit board design.

1. To prepare the brownies, whisk eggs & sugar till they are mixed well.

Ingredients:
2 cups flour, cake
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1\4 teaspoon salt
7 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
150 grams butter, unsalted
1 1\2 cups coffee, strong
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions:
1. Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 375?F. Lightly butter two 8-inch-diameter cake pans with 1 1/2-inch-high sides and line the bottom of each pan with parchment paper. Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl and set aside.
